maybe dont have added sugar all the time have soft drink by not have everything else and drink everything else for a weak and not go over the limit you good is when you have 2000 grams of sugar it is a problem be wise eat fruit and raw honey and meat is much more healthy than added sugar

My mom said and I remember when I was real little- you couldn’t buy soda, pop, at the grocery stores. Only place you could buy it was at a restaurant or from a “soda jerk.” So it was meant as a treat like ice cream. They didn’t sell ice cream either in the grocery stores you had to go to an ice cream shop. People over consume now a days so having a lot of sugar is not the issue. It’s people over consuming the product.

This tells such a small piece of the story about sugar. Sugar isn't the boogie man its just very easy to over eat and cause weight gain which is the problem.

i gave up drinking these many years ago. If you can't drink tap water, just add a bit of orange soda or ginger beer in soda water. Make a small bottle last 3-4 days. once you reduce your sugar levels, your taste will change. Sugar is the most is the most common addictive the big corporates use to make billions.

My story: (I am a mono mono twin) so basically my mom got pregnant with me and my sister (surprise pregnancy) and you know they found out that we were twins so my mom was scared yet excited. She kept getting ultrasounds and it seemed to be fine. Then right before she was gonna give birth (or a couple of days earlier idk) they found out we were mono mono twins and the doctors were very surprised they never caught that but they told my mom and dad that we were lucky we survived bc women with mono mono twins need to be monitored very closely during pregnancy. Anyways another risk was that my sister moved a lot in the womb and the doctors said that if I moved like that we would have died bc of the chord tangling. Anyways, we are doing well today!

I pick up litter constantly along my road. Mountain Dew is probably the top soda litter. At least I can take solace knowing that these people are slowly poisoning themselves with sugar.

Is this different from the Red Cross Power Red donation? They only let you donate every three months I believe. The machine is the same.
@DinaHanson-bh1mv2 ай бұрын
You can only donate whole blood once every couple months. And platelets you can do every three days because you get your red calls back which is why you can do platelets more often
@2listening12 ай бұрын
Yes power red is probably red cells , a different component. The same machine can be programmed to do either.

This Neurosurgeon told my husband in July that he is not a candidate for surgery. She is not one that I would recommend. She didn't even bother to look at my husband's records or his back. Just told him onver the phone that he is not a candidate for surgery and if he wanted he could get a second opinion. My husband is using valium and Oxy to get by each day. she did not show any concern. It was over a phone call. My husband got a second opinion. His previous spinal fusion did not take and there was a break in the cage so his spinal bones were floating across each other. YES, HE IS A CANDIDATE FOR SURGERY AND WE WERE TOLD THIS DR. SHOULD NOT HAVE PASSED HIM OFF SO FAST. ALL THIS TIME, IF SHE CARED TO LOOK DEEPER, HE MAY HAVE GOTTEN THE HELP HE NEEDED... ALL THIS TIME....No, DO NOT see this .... I can't call her a qualified DR. SO I WON'T.
