Sounds like you may have drove a base model. I was in one in Colorado that had leather seating, tech pkg, wrangler tires, black off road steps, loaded up and had different feeling. Some of the options on this truck really make a difference. You may like to try sitting in the AT4x when it comes out also.

@@shortlinebuickgmc I drove a black 2023 canyon AT4. The problem wasn’t the interior, it was drivability and quality control. Total disappointment. AT4X won’t be any different, it’s a poorly made truck.

@@jessnevares7861 what are you comparing it to? All the reviews I watched never had any serious complaints about drivability or quality control.

Yes. Being in Colorado I have never seen a 2wd model Canyon. We will only sell 4wd

Hold up is EPA MPG certification for the L3B motor. Understand it’s finally done but EPA website isn’t updated yet. Soon!!!

You cannot physically buy yet. This was a preproduction model the GM rep brought by. You can call your local gmc dealer and reserve one since factory orders will be sent to GM soon. I would think about 3-4 months till in dealership physically. Hope that helps.

I thought the same thing but then I thought "When was the last time you touched the light knob?" I really can't remember. With modern automatic light systems, I never need to touch it. I use the stalk to initiate a flash to pass or warn other drivers of an accident or something. If they removed the knob and did not have auto lights, I definitely would not buy the truck like that.

@@Dusdaddy Is that not what they ended up doing? personally even with auto headlight i still use the manual function to signal right-of-way and danger. Needless to say instaead of messing around with this non-sense I opted to purchase a new subaru with a trailer hitch instead.

@Shortline Buick GMC do you believe that 52k for a midsized truck is a value proposition for consumers? A 2004 GMC Sonoma had a starting MSRP just under 25k which in today's dollars would be just over 39k. Is there another 12.5k dollars worth of upgrades to the Canyon?

Yea, they better cut production on these trucks because they won’t sell many. But they will be a few dumb people that will pay the ridiculous prices

@@boyd3382 The base MSRP of the 2023 GMC Canyon Denali is $52,495. This is before any dealer discounts and/or GM incentives. I have seen some talk of $70-80K plus but those prices are overstated. Look for the local dealer pricing to come out later this week. Shortline does not sell at over-MSRP prices that some dealer nationally have done. Hope you will take a look when the truck is released. I was looking to buy one till I seen the price.

GM released color 360 videos for those colors so I passed along to viewers. While GM does at times restrict colors available to order, I thought it would be better to show all colors given these color options may come available later in production.
