Head chef or owner should focus on solely cooking the 招牌菜 (maintain quality standards) and collect cash. Leave everything else to HR vetted temp helpers. The stall looks overstaffed (razor thin profit margin). Business is not about family bonding. Reduce staff count but maintain the quality standards and make sure staff don’t burn out. Start era of expansion where family members can work other jobs in other companies or stalls to learn skills from different “business departments” to add consultative intel and skills to the main hawker stall or future restaurant business.

What people care is not the food but affordable. 🤗🤗

My husband and I have met MP XYQ many times in person on separate occasions. (he’s not even my MP) Very nice guy, really humble and has a good heart. I have enjoyed this food recommendation video tremendously, brought back many nostalgic moments, all the famous stalls are still there.
