You can’t activate yeast in a fridge it’s cold it has to be done at room temperature or warmer that’s why it didn’t rise leave on your counter top for an hour after you kneed it

Do the frozen buns work better than room temp breadcrumbs and milk? I realize the frozen buns would add moisture from being frozen. I just think milk would be better than water.

The answer to the above is I just used ingredients I had on hand haha. I did not have milk, nor regular bread, so used chicken stock and grated the frozen bun lol. Definitely out of the ordinary, and may be better with milk and regular bread!

If you want more exploring like sightseeing that would be more South America but it’s dangerous! But definitely visit El Salvador! Everyone’s so friendly

Sorry, but that is undercooked for me. If you have enough fat you can baste the egg using a spoon. The white that is covering the yolk will turn opaque. Don't overdo it otherwise the yolk will harden. Alternatively you can cover the pan with a lid, and the contained heat will set the white.

@@brandon-best-cooks Yeah, it’s great. I bought a mandolin slicer years ago and it came with a pair. I always ignored them until one night, I lopped off a big chunk of the tip of my middle finger. Ever since then, I’ve kept everything in my kitchen sharp enough to shave with and always use my PPE.

Cool. Maybe next time time (promise I’m not talkin crap) Put the spud on the cutting board Firmly hold the potato down with one hand Use the potato peeler to slice down and rotate as you go Flip potato around repeat process It’s a neat little trick once you get the hang of it plus, it’ll save you a butt load of time
