That title is misleading as you keep saying wordpress over and over yet wordpress is nowhere to be found in the title. Do you offer plugins for xenforo?

Thank you for your feedback. The title mainly refers to Namecheap as the domain registrar and QUIC.coud as the used CDN which in the case of the video does utilize WordPress. If you want to use QUIC.cloud as your DNS provider, you would replace your NS server entries at your domain registrar with the ones provided by QUIC.cloud. If you wish to keep your current DNS provider, you could simply at a CNAME record for the www. record. This should be shown in detail in this video series. You would need to change your Nameserver entries at your registrar level in order to let QUIC.cloud handle your DNS. This shouldn't cause any issues and is in the same way reversible. Keep in mind that the propagation of the changes can take up to 48 hours.

hi, I have a question. I am hosting VPS server hosting wordpress websites. I have my root domain, and there are few sub domain with diffrerent websites. I just need 1 of my subdomain to have cdn. is that posible to set it for the the specific subdomain without affecting my root domain?

We are trying to do this, but when we go to CDN under the domain. It shows a finish CDN Setup. Instead of the screen you have where we can enable CDN to choose the configuration method. Is there a way to change this now that we had already started the process, over to Switching from Cloudflare?

If we intend to continue using QUICcloud after performing this integration, is there any reason to keep the Cloudflare account? Can it be deleted? What would be the steps to getting rid of Coudflare altogether, and managing everything through QUICcloud only?

Hello, Thank you for your question. If you are utilizing other Cloudflare services such as CloudFlare Tunnel you may want to keep your account. If you would like to switch over to QUIC cloud after setting up the Cloudflare Intergration please perform the following steps: 1. In your QUIC cloud account navigate to My Domains > your_domain.com > CDN > CDN Config. Click the Disable CDN button to revert all changes made by the CloudFlare Integration 2. In your CloudFlare account, navigate to My Profile > API Tokens. Click the menu icon on your API token and click Delete 3. Return to the CDN Config area in your my.quic.cloud account and click Enable CDN. Select the QUIC cloud DNS option and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup Please let us know if you have any further queries or concerns.

I appreciate the response and will follow the directions. One other question, I have two domain currently on my Cloudflare account. I am not using the account for any other services and would like to simply move over to QUIC cloud and then delete. Do I need to do something separately for the other domain?@@quiccloud

Do the other aspects of Cloudflare (Firewall for example) continue working or is cloudflare completely bypassed ?

The firewall and other related features from Cloudflare wouldn't work in this setup hence the website is not proxied through Cloudflare anymore. However, QUIC.cloud itself offers extensive protection against common targets.

This would indicate that your page is not yet cached, which could be due to multiple reasons. One common one would be, that you open the page the first time after a purge and, no cache has been generated yet or cached on the node you are visiting from.

Be warned.... I signed up for QUIC CDN and DDOS attacks spiked hard, and constantly... Their CDN DDOS protection is too weak compared to Cloudflare's (free unmetered).. plus you have to add credits every time a DDOS attack sucks up your QUIC CDN free bandwidth, and have to BUY server zones separately. Nice racket. Give me one reason why they don't DDOS you themselves to keep money flowing in?

Hi! First, thanks, clear instructions! Second, what about the CDN feature in Siteground? I've already enable this feature on my website (Siteground -> Site tools -> CDN). Do I have to disable it before going through the process of enabling Quiccloud ? Also, does Quiccloud faster than native Siteground CDN ? Thanks a lot!

Some people wouldn't want to point their root domain as this will effect every other DNS record that points to the root. Then you'd have to edit all DNS to adjust for that. It's much easier if the website has a single subdomain like www that can use a CNAME. Then if IP changes you don't have to also go update DNS. You can do either way, but it's much less of a pain to use www.

A 520 error indicates that the QUIC.cloud PoP couldn't connect to your origin server. It's likely due to a firewall blocking connections. Additionally please double-check the IP address in CDN settings and verify it matches the IP set as CDN enabled in the DNS Zone for the domain.

Do you mean domain key? In your WordPress LiteSpeed Cache settings page, click the button on the right of the Domain Key box. It should say 'Request Domain Key'.
