It,s so sad 😢😭 that Al Sanders was diagnosed with lung cancer 7 weeks before his death. 7 WEEKS?! DAMN!! My mother Lois Ann Routhier was diagnosed with cervical cancer the day before her 49th birthday--OCTOBER 27 1983 & 7 moths later she died on Sunday May 6 1984!! I was 12 years old when Mom died.RIP!! LOIS ANN ROUTHIER 10-28-1934-5-6-1984 PHILLIP ANTHONY ROUTHIER 9-17-1924-8-6-2001 MARIE F.ROUTHIER 6-14-1913-3-24-2001 & EUGENE BLAINE MONTZ JR.(GENE/GINO)4-25-1939-3-25-1997 & JERRY TURNER 1929-1987 & AL SANDERS 1941-1995.

I,m still very 😢😭 sad & also very 😡 angry & piseed off at both Jerry Turner,s & Al Sander,s death.They both died 8 years apart from each other from CANCER.CANCER TOOK AWAY MY MOTHER IN 1984 MY STEPBROTHER IN 1997 & MY FATHER & STEPMOTHER IN 2001 (BEFORE 9-11-2001) As a 52 year old resident of Baltimore 43 years since 81 at age 9 who grew up with EVERYBODY ON ALL 3 CHANNELS EVEN THOUGH I WASN,T IN TUNE WITH THE NEWS LIKE MOST OF THE TIME!! I remember watching the day Don Scott retired from Ch.13 after 40 years!! I was not only in awe because Don Scott had started at Ch.13 in 1974 when I was 2 years old while I was living in Minnesota-Twin Cities for my first 7 years of life from ages 2-9 before my arrival to Baltimore MD in May of 1981 & living here 43 years (almost 44 years-WOW!) Seriously though when Don Scott started to cry mentioning the late greats JERRY TURNER AL SANDERS RANDY BLAIR & GEORGE BAUMANN 😢😢😢I started crying along with him!! I won,t say anymore other then to DON SCOTT & BOB TURK who also retired after 50.years at Ch.13!! THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF MY LIFE IN AND OUT DURING MY 43 YEARS IN B.MORE!! I also remember Dick Gelfman when he was an investigator for WBAL TV CH 11 on Eleven On Your Side before going to WJZ TV Ch.13!! I also remember Kai Jackson being at Ch 13 before he went over to WBFF TV FOX 45!!! MEMORIES!!

My mother died from cervical cancer while Jerry Turner(1929-1987) & Al Sanders (1941-1995) both died from cancer!!My stepbrother Eugene B.Montz Jr.died from pancreatic cancer March 25 1997 at 57(month before his 58th birthday)My stepmom Marie F.Routhier died from lung cancer & respiratory failure on March 24 2001 at age 87.Finally my father Phillip Anthony Routhier died from bladder cancer on August 6,2001 (which I didn't know until 14 years later in 2015 when my step niece from Colorado mailed me a picture of his grave in his home state of Michigan)

These deaths from all 3 main stations still pains me today!!😢
