There are examples, albeit very rare, of people who claim to have visited the past. Not at will, as mentioned here, but by accident. A famous example would be the Moberly and Jourdain case of 1901. We have to remember that we are all energetic beings… A lot of times we just treat symptoms and treat the physical body… But we have to remember that almost all of our diseases in general come from trauma that we have sustained in our lives that gets trapped within the body which can cause physical ailments when left unattended to. I always say if I can heal anybody can… I was bedridden for two years with all sorts of autoimmune and bacteria and virus issues! I had horrible PTSD anxiety and depression as well! We just have to remember to address the whole body Including the spiritual and energetic body and to remember we are not our disease or issue , Consciousness and soul are separate from the body and from our symptoms, our souls are not the body or the symptoms so that’s why we have to heal the mind so that the body can heal! it is not true that nobody ever been there, they have been there... in the past 😂

The now has nothing to do with time. But this is not difficult to grasp when we consider that the ever present exists in form world only as only as the impossible now.

That is why ppl age and things decay to give the illusion of time passing. We have agreements on what the things should look like after a certain time has passed, so that we share the same reality. Otherwise we would all be living in different realities.
