This is so refreshing! Henry Ford did not have the software to do it. He programmed his employees. If you are providing a safe, happy environment for your team, they will appreciate you for that. If you are not dealing with a toxic person in the company, then you are not providing that safe, secure, fun environment for your team and they lose respect for you very quickly.
