Hi. I have a DS-7216HUHI-K2 DVR with a couple older IP and BNC Turbo HD cameras connected to it. I recently bought a DS-2CD2387G2P-LSU/SL (180 degree panoramic camera) and added to the system. I can see the live view feed on the app ^ online.. but I just can't seem to view it thru the DVR's display (HDMI output to tv). Am I doing something wrong, or is it that the DVR just can't process the wide-angle image?

Has anyone created a video on how to configure the auto-tracking of people or vehicles? I received one of these yesterday and trying to find out how to get the tracking working? also, I have flipped the horizontal and vertical, but found that the pan and tilt don't flip either, so you click < and it moves > lol. I must have the settings not quite right?

How does this model compare to one with starlight for night video? Can you set it to zoom in more when tracking humans? It doesn't zoom in much on the video above.

Hey I bought 3 of these off Amazon along with a hikvision nvr and 3 other hik vision cameras I had to get a security company out to help me set up we can see an image and even control it manually on the nvr but he could not get it to auto track what are we doing wrong he was here for 3 hours looking at every option in settings he could not get them to operate what are we doing wrong any suggestions

Shame its hasn't got auto tracking and face detection built in i seen one on ebay and it was 300x but no face detection or auto tracking and i was looking at the wize tech and the dahua ptz camera 📷
