I stopped watching as soon as I saw him lick the meat off his fingers twice, then stick his hands back into the meat mixture! And he's a chef??? How unfortunate!

He didn't lick his fingers, he had a piece of the meat and also explains later that thats how his dad tried the spicing which personally I wouldn't do with pork.

Without access to hungarian paprika I used mild Kashmiri chili powder in place of the paprika and chipotle in place of the hot pepper. All the rest identical. While I can't compare it to yours, it turned out absolutely magical.

Mix the milk eggs sugar and spices together then pour over the bread makes it a lot easier then mix in melted butter and fruit.

I cooked mine at 325 F but after getting them golden brown, they were still raw inside :<

Hey John, maybe they were a little too thick, try and make the balls a little smaller so they cook faster on the inside.

Hi, Semolina is made from Durum wheat. I don't think there is something you can exchange it for with the same effect. :(

@@UrbanTreats I folded the flour in with a spatula. Maybe I did put 2 eggs instead of one, but consistency of the mix was thick like yours? Not sure why it wasn’t spongy. I will make again.

@@UrbanTreats also it came out dark and slightly still wet inside but cooked on top. I baked it for 50mins like you said.

@zeezee695 Every oven is slightly different, if it didn't bake on the inside turn the temperature slightly down and increase the baking time.

Thank you! my girl and i were going through discontinued snacks and i came across the cheesecake bars I cried because i forgot they existed even though i LOVED them and i wanted them to come back right then. but shes never had them so now im able to have these and also make her some as well :D
