I know this guitar as well, its character is very similar to the Motif, it's just larger and as a result its sound is more full bodied.

First, thank you very much for your comment, I'm glad you like my playing. Second, I agree with you that the LL-400 is a nice guitar. So much so that I've been using it for almost two decades now as my main acoustic guitar, I'm very happy with it. I believe that if you find it for anywhere under 1000 euros you should buy it without hesitation, but I'm afraid it's harder to find one as the time passes.

Each is great in its own way, I don't prefer any of them over the other but I recommend both of them wholeheartedly to people who want a good instrument for a relatively small amount of money.

Hey, no problem, I'm glad you've found your brand. This guitar is made very well so I don't believe any Gretsch in its price range is better in this regard. As for the sound, I'm simply not a Gretsch/Filtertron guy and my aim was never to buy a Gretsch-like guitar, rather an affordable hollow body with bigsby and good pickups that are classic humbuckers. And the neck is amazing, something I haven't found in any comparable Gretsch, it's a thick '50ies Gibson neck.

Hey, thank you for your compliment! I really don't believe it can do hardcore metal, the hollow body has some limits. You can check my other video where I play some blues rock with a bit more drive and, personally, I wouldn't go much beyond that with this guitar, but you can always try.
