Depends how green your pool. First i put a lot in until the pool is clear and blue like you want and two cups every two weeks. If you smell strong chlorine then it too much get in the tester pool or bring a cult to a pool store and they can test it for you. After that i in put two cup in every two weeks to maintain. I don’t really know. I mess with the wire and replace the starter and it works again but now it is running hot. I have it park now until i take it to the shop. Not sure if i want to fix it has over 300,000 miles. Good luck!

Im been having the same issue for several months now wont do anything when i turn the key, and then it will like nothing is wrong. But a few days ago, it just won't start anymore. I was told it may be the Neutral Safety Switch. Was that the same issue with your Commander.

@@Trankidsify I bought a pair of flip flops from Dollar General for one dollar. I removed the plastic from them and zip tied the soft part to the bottom of the ladder. Working great. Someone else I saw used velcro strips.
