We tell our clients to budget $200+ per SF for construction. The plan is available on our Etsy shop for $150 currently while the shop is new.

I can't wait to see these in person! They are all beautiful floor plans and the builder can help design your own if you don't want one of theirs! Canyon Lake Texas, small and larger lots! Will keep everyone posted and take pictures!
