I am a frequent browser of Pam Golding's listings in the Cape but this video just goes to show how wonderfully, gorgeous modern architecture can fit into the Cape's landscapes and provide the dwellers with the most amazing views of the coast! Kerzner Estate has got to bring in some serious demand, the plot locations are fantastic. I reckon there will be some international interest too!

Beautiful...my other half in from SA. Have to say though, with load shedding, the SA Gov. not supporting solar panels (i.e. you have to pay the gov. to have them) and the acute shortage of water, I am not sure SA and particularly CT is the place to be right now.
