I have these and they’re heavy and the strap hurts the top of my foot. I’m actually looking for ways to stop the strap from rubbing on my skin or maybe I’ll just return them.

@@briannanhyree1516 yes I bought these stick on gel inserts for the inside of the shoe. They’re thin like the width of a pencil. They don’t hurt anymore.

So i have these in the blue from a couple of years ago…I know it’s too late to return or even comment as this video is almost a year old as I’m typing. They are HEAVYYYY! At least for me and it’s too hard to keep on my feet.

@@beatricethompson4340 Hey Hey, I would say its a delicate bag. I've toted this bag almost a year on and off and i have no scratches. Im also not super rough on my handbags once im done wearing it. I put it away in its dust bag. I can see how people may get scratches but I have none.

its holding up! no scratches ive been toting this bag on and off for about a year now. I also take really good care of my bags, and if this helps I have only worn this bag everyday no longer than about 2 weeks
