Thank you for this video <3 I hate-love this show XD I understand that we'll never get these 2 as bl storyline due to cens0ring, but the hetero relationships are so cringe to watch because it hardly even fits with the charas. (I like the charas tehmselves but not the writing of het couples) feels like they made the show mostly thinking about the good wan lu x hai yunfan chemistry (their lines and camera angles were NOT subtle) and then remembered that they have to pass cens0ring so added in het ships half-planned lol sorry rant following: SPOILERS: like Wang Wu and Wang Lu are more on the level of bickering & loving sibling-relationship imo (they're very similar to each other): Wang Wu is in love with her guy from the 1. to last epi and Wang Lu still thinks his master would rather let him die than bother with him 50% of the time, but suddenly they're supposed to be oh so in love~ at the end?? Feels more like Wang Wu & Wang Lu getting drunk together because they both miss their loves and then kissing each other as coping XD And Wang Lu x Lan was like 5 sentences and bam engagement lol And Hai x Liuliu was also a weird mess with diff personalities, barely knowing each other and him being more of a "mother" or older brother to a child-like girl ^^ btw I DO like the charas and actors, pls don't take my rant as hate towards the women in the show or something cause I love them, but I just can't take this mess of het writing srsly ^^ So yes we probably will never get more for Wang Lu x Hai Yunfan, but I kept watching for them and love them, I'm just gonna headcanon that they'll be happy even after all the demon mess, because Wang Lu said Yunfan will be his even in his next life ;)
