That swingarm is going to warp, or fold over on you eventually :\ a box frame type arm would have been much stronger. The one you made is fine for UP and DOWN, but has no support at all for sideways, and twisting motion. Also, when you grind metal around electric motors, it's a good idea to cover them with a rag, even if they're enclosed, it keep small particles of metal from getting near rotating, and bearing surfaces that might have a slight magnetic charge. Great effort, man! I wish more people would build instead of buy :)

Sorry, I cut the sentence sh ort, eh. So covering the motor with a rag would help keep tiny pieces of metal from binding to the outside, shaft, or bearing surfaces that can create a problems down the line. I really love what you did! I wish more people would BUILD Instead of BUY :D

Are there 2 motors? 1 hub and 1 for the chain? Why a chain if it has a hub motor? I mean yeah, better torque or acceleration but isn't it inefficient to have 2 controllers 2 motors and 2 batteries?

Parabéns por esse projeto, todo mundo acho que com 2 motores vai gastar mais energia, mas não é verdade. 2 motores fica mais econômico, e muito mais forte, eu montei uma bike com 2 motores uma em cada roda, e agora quero montar uma igual a sua, 1 motor na toda de trás e 1 motor central. Mas vê se consegue gravar um vídeo mostrando as especificações de cada motor, de cada controlador, quantos voltes e quantos amperes é a sua bateria, qual autonomia dela com uma carga, qual velocidade final, peso total que ela ficou, para sabermos mais sobre sua bike. Parabéns!

@@Own1 sim concordo. Eu usei 2 motores de 800w, um em cada roda, 2 controladores de 1500w cada, um para cada motor, e bateria do Ford fusion, 20s 1p, e atingiu a velocidade de 80km/h na bike aro 26. Agora vou mudar meu projeto para testar como vc fez, quero ver de qual maneira fica melhor
