Clearly the property is 90% of the value here as the house is a 1940s-50's vintage bungalow that's very unimpressive.

Perfect. It would be nice if, instead of the nice music someone talked about the features of the house - # of BR, BA etc. But it's beautiful and there is no more perfect site than Carmel, CA.

The location and scenery is beautiful. It seem like the future tenants or homeowners are paying for the location and to have a private access to the ocean. The house is nice but I expect more for the price. Hawaii is better in my opinion though.
