It was so well deserved Garry Birtles summed it up Doncaster tore Southend a new one in the semi final and the best side won in the final phenomenal. As for Leeds there was pride for the way they turned around their 15 point penalty to make it this far but they didn't turn up in the final.

@@drfcowen2619 without the penalty Leeds would have been 1 short of Swansea who were champs in 92 that season but it was justice that Doncaster got it after just falling short on the last day of that season

Let's appreciate all the fucking empty seats in the Doncaster end which I may add was 1/4 full of Leeds anyway.. What a fucking heartbreaking game, I was there and honestly can't remember any part of the match whatsoever.. Thanks for the upload nostalgic

Little Doncaster rovers were never expected to take 40k plus. 30k turnout, for a pub team, just having a laugh, was fucking quality. The result made it even better. We all hate Leeds scum

Sadly all i have is this from a DVD-R i had at the time - My Southend game disc has a fault and i'm trying to source one of the copies i made at the time.

You would assume there should be out there? They used to of old do DVDs of games but since Rovers Player and subsequent replacements they probably dont see the need.
