Those internal stairs are a safety HAZARD. Put rails on them before someone breaks their neck. I keep hoping to find a suitable home in Greece that child and elderly safe but MITHEN. Architectural design and safety is clearly not a strong concept for Greece. Aman pia🤦♀️

this house has not been renovated, it is brand new, nothing old at all. the ceiling trusses are all exactly the same size, machine made. why fake a renovation?

Beautiful modern villa! Like it a lot as most of the videos. Maybe an idea to upscale the presentations by using a 4K camera, which will give a boost to the YT videos with a 2160K resolution. Does not have to cost al lot anymore these days to shoot in 4K including camera stabilization. Good luck and looking forward to the upcoming videos.
