lol. I prob do have more experience than you. A little over 3 years of Krav. And I do some grappling, MMA, kickboxing, and boxing. The sweep or the guard reversal of yours looked relatively clean. Just the armbar would not have worked.

I’ve only done two wild camps myself with my dog. I thoroughly enjoyed both times. What part of the country are you I’m in Kent which is fairly well populated with many trails and tracks through woodland great for ramblers and dog walkers but not so great for stealth camping. Just out of curiosity do you know how much your backpack weighs mine is about 30lb when fully loaded. Although I do regular 7 or 8 mile hikes with my daypack I think I’d struggle that distance with my large pack at the moment. Just an observation a whistling kettle for stealth camping ? Good video though, it’s great to see how others do things cheers

Did it help with being in social situations? Not overthinking during them / feeling confident to say what you want and how you want
@Forgedintheforest2 ай бұрын
To some extent yes, I was scared to converse with anyone when I was going through my depression/anxiety. When I started boxing again, it changed my perspective on those situations, if I could hold my own in the ring other boxers beyond my weight division and still walk out fine, what’s the worst a conversation is going to do?
@Clarke73lol2 ай бұрын
@@Forgedintheforest thanks for your reply mate, hope you’re in a good place now! I’m looking to start a combat sport for the same reasons, I can have days where I am confident and others when I can’t even maintain a conversation.. I want to try something to iron out the bad dags
