am your sister from Yemen, and by Allah I only spoke out of hunger and distress. My mother, my brothers, and I lessons and tears. We are in a situation that only God knows about. God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs for those who brought us to this situation. By Allah Almighty, I did not write this appeal out of distress and distress. Poverty, O world, they have felt it So, I hope for you. By Allah Almighty, Lord of the Great Throne, he ate what I had in the house. By Allah, my brothers, he is my brothers by sitting in the house. Who has no food? By God, we are in a very difficult situation. We have 4 people entering the house, and my father has died, and there is no one who can depend on us and who lives in it.We live in a rented house because we cannot pay the rent we owe. '''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' ''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' ''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' ''''''''''''' My brother, my first words are: I swear to God that I will not lie to you or deceive you. I am a Yemeni girl displaced from the war. My family and I live in a rented house in Al-Shahrab 20,000 Yemenis among us, and now we owe 60,000 for 3 months. The owner of the house is one of the people who does not have mercy, by God, my brother. He comes every day, insulting us, talking about us, and moving from the house to the street because we were unable to pay him the rent. The neighbors saw us crying and came back. They came back to talk to the neighbors and we were given the weekend. So we made him swear by God. He will take us out into the street. Have mercy on him and us. Our country is due to this war and we do not find food for our day, and my brothers and I live in a difficult life. Our father died, may God have mercy on him, and we have no one in this world who was with us in these harsh circumstances. My younger brothers went out into the street and saw...The neighbors eat and stand at their door in order to give them bread even if they break it. By God, to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, they closed the door and expelled them and came back crying. They are dying of hunger. No one has mercy on them and a holiday is returned. I have made a living, and now if one of us helps us with a kilo of flour, I swear to God, I am dying of hunger. My brother, I am an alien to God. Then, I ask you to help me for the sake of God. I ask you, by God, to love goodness and to help me,even if you can, by messaging me on WhatsApp.On this number 00967776589266 and ask for the name of my card and send it and do not be late and may God reward you with all the best, my brothers Sagar, see how they are and help us and save us before they throw us out in the street, you will be lost or we will die of hunger. My family and I ask you, by God, if you are able to help us, do not be late and may God reward you well..`/--~«"><>">"<">">">"<">"<">"<"..^.^.^.^.><><><>^>^>^<^>^<^>^<>^<^>^<^>^<^>^<^>^<...........%%%%%%%%&%^&^%&^%..............

Blah Blah Allah...Blah Balh Muhammad...Blah Blah, all these characters that have no evidence they even existed. No one is interested in your BS religion. The majority of traditional sources state that Aisha was betrothed to Muhammad at the age of six or seven, but she stayed in her parents' home until the age of nine, or ten according to Ibn Hisham, when the marriage was consummated with Muhammad, then 53, in Medina. Muhammad at 53 married a child. What about the ridiculous story of Muhammad splitting the moon in two and then putting it back together while riding a flying horse.

I think this taxonomy also points out what is wrong with our educational system. You can't stuff components into kids heads without telling them what it is, like calculus or learning a language on primary schools, it is a bottom up approach, it is why Highly Gifted Kids are often outliers and get traumatized by this system because they think top down. This top down approach drives their curiosity all the way to the smallest detail. This taxonomy overflows you in the beginning with mindless facts and principles not placed into any context bores creative minds to the ground. I do believe that every level is crucial. But the rigid order of it, makes it impossible to think out of the box, it kills curiosity, and flattens creativity. If a kid that is 7 years old and crazy about bridges, and he draws all kind of bridges, would you say: that bridge is not possible you first need to learn about metal, and structural integrity, before you are able to design a bridge. So... But that is what happnes. If you encourage this kid to or invite him to build a small one, and see what happens, then the kid can find out what it takes... butwith the curiosity that is needed and with that the drive.

Thanks, Giles. As a teacher and lifelong learner, I've benefited greatly from the authors' Coursera course, and I'm now reading the book you've reviewed here. Learning about how our brains work (and how they don't) has allowed me to learn music theory and foreign languages a lot faster. I soooo wish this topic was compulsory at school and university.

What I have found is that the things I have to remember for these quick math tricks are a million times more than just normal slow formulas that we learn in our schools. I have very little space in my brain to remember all these tricks so I go slow.

well, you don't have to read tens of books to be good at programming. You need that one easy to follow book. You study it, not read it. When done, move along: build little projects that you are interested in and curious about how they could be done at small scale, talk to smart people, solve (or at least try) real life problems, maybe try different technologies (what does not make sense in python it might make sense in JavaScript) and the list goes on and on.

I have used every one of these techniques and avoided the others (highlighting and rereading) over my whole educational timeline. Three science degrees later and in a good paying career (with great benefits), I still use these as I continue learning beyond university.

I've been wanting to learn how to use Godot to make game engines - its syntax is fairly similar to python. I was making a 3D concept from spaghetti code, and I got it to work fairly decently. I didn't give up because it was too much - I gave up because of professional interests, but I keep wanting to go back and give it another shot. I feel bitter that I don't have enough time to lear more.

I've been learning to code in Unity using C# and by following the Unity programs that teach you how to code and it is much easier for me to understand than when I was trying to learn everything completely by myself with no guidance. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn how to make a game and wants to learn some coding that is applicable to making games.
