And how can you forget that wild and wacky 2OT game between WVU and Wake Forest? More like a final score of a NBA game. And unfortunately during this year when WVU defeated Creighton then Wake Forest, the 2nd team, a couple of games were lower than the final score of a game that took 2OT!

Great decision, it was either Ian or Kevin. Great voices of the game

Well, Kevin’s the lead play by play for NBA on TNT so he’s busy with that after he finishes the March Madness duty. Plus too close to start of playoffs with lot on line so TNT Sports would rather have him call NBA games during late March and April.

As well as the bizarre ending involving Morehead State against Louisville, no foul called when it looked like there was a foul, but the refs didn't see it, game over.

Man, does this bring back memories. I never heard all the Ward calls of the '82 Alabama game, as I was lucky enough to be there (and among those tearing down the North goal post as he was counting down the game). John was the best there ever was, and as great a football broadcaster as he was, he was even better in basketball. I'd love to find a collection like this of his hoops calls over the years. Thank you John - you will never be replaced.
