I recently purchased a 2019 Ford Fusion so I have begun to watch KZfaq videos on "How to". One idea that I had was to go to an auto recycling yard and practice on cars there on how to remove different trim pieces. Watching a video and doing the process can be two different things, and by going to the recycling yard, I don't have to worry about breaking tabs and other parts on my own car. Once I understand how to remove parts and practiced I have more confidence to work on my own vehicle

Hi Nick, after replacing my e-shifter with a new one, I started to hear the motor pulling the gearbox cable for any gear change, this has never happened before. Can you tell me if I need to reset any module after this replacement?

Couldn't get the little zip tie clip out. Ended up having to cut the zip tie. :/

Is there any connectors for the speakers back there or do you have to tie into the door or all the way to the head unit because I was trying to set my subs up in mind to no luck and was looking those speaker holes to tie into but saw no wiring other than the tail light. This vehicle has a really annoying radio system because it's almost impossible to set up an aftermarket amp

Ive just had to figure this out on my astra.i pulled back a piece of the carpet type stuff on the rear and used a flat screwdriver to prise the seat cover and foam away,i had to remove one of the head rest holders,but once it was out i had enough room to get access to the seat belt unit and bolt that holds it.hope this might help someone else because I really struggled to find anything online and thought I was going to have to replace the whole seat back.
