IMO he stands below OBison, VVega, RHonda and even Leonardo. For him to be able to cast his trigger counter attack and his drive skill, replacing his c2 and c3 he needs to complete the first chain and with fs +30 there is a 50% chance to get a drive charge by the end of his c3 on the first chain combo, if this doesn’t trigger, you will need your super combo in the 2nd chain to get the 4 drive charges. So for PVP where we have VVega, that can kill you in the first chain combo, OBison and RHonda that can tank, he is far behind of being a priority to summon. Like I said, even Leonardo can kill bison in the first chain, Luke needs his counter attack charge to do it. He might be on the same level as Oni.

He isn't as broken as vVega I believe he ramps up like Donny instead of just straight up ignoring immunities. Also slow animations but he's broken for sure but not at vVegas level.

Very good video. I had a long break and started my old account again today. Got some characters that appear in the SS tier (Lindell, chira, pan, kuri, yora)and got mordred today. but I mostly play with a team full of leader buffs xD. Is that bad? My team: Taw+Reg+Set+Bast+Wad+Neph. Because the “link things” are 3 out of 4 full. I've never really seen a team build video xD.

Pika, I am thinking about finish HUGO after trenddy ryu, is he good maxed out? His combo 2 looks kinda insane and after Ryu I already have all good div units. Luke will be a shoto style character I can see them pulling Abel's c2 and mad Ryu's super and c3 for his sand blast projectile uppercut and takedown. I'm more interested in sunny Yun he can interrupt and stun.

For TMNT team, u can try having Donatello in main team because with his c1 (even at A rank) you can get +30% crit dmg boost. And have normal chunli or trendy Akuma in tag for c2 that increases combo gauge. This way you can have aGuy in Vizconde Vega team to get even more dmg with that team

Pika, I see I have more characters unlocked than you but on average yours are more powerful. I'm typing this only 4:40 in ye vid. Usually we won't see skins or etc. till one has downloaded the new patch.

Luke: Fire Faction| Fight Type: Power| Fighter Class: Attack| Fighting Style: Military Combat(DPS) Not a trigger unit Probably Single Target attacks probably multi hitters No Aoe C1 and C3 High Attack, Mid Defense, High Crit. Damage, Somewhat decent Crit rate, Decent Health, They probably might have another Collab unit cause I cant think of synergy that makes sense for him other than Adon, Guile, T.Ryu He wont have a burn effect. Probably at most defense or armor break. If not than at most his super combo increases his crit rate Idk im just guessing
