I challenge that as the only exemption ! Look what it says "It requires every corporation, LLC, or other entity formed by the filing of a document with a state or created under the laws of a foreign country and registered to do business in a state (unless otherwise exempt), to file an initial Beneficial Ownership Information report with the Department of Treasury’s Financial " It says every enity , corperation , llc thats registered with a STATE. An common law Massachusetts business trust is not required to register with a state to do business. Thus this type of entity is exempt. Thats the corperation we have 💯
