Great topic ! Always lemon & thyme in chicken ! If i ever do get a chance to have steak it is tenderloin. Always marinade it to break it down - then let rest - & dry completely - sear - bbq charcoal 5-7 mins med- rare. Son Jake S&P only sears first too ! Delious !

This was a great topic guys. Almost every steak I ever had it was the cooking, it was under or over, you name it, as the result, I rarely order steak when eating out. I prefer my steak rare which presents a problem in our household because my wife wants hers medium. I cook mine to 115-120 with 7-10 minutes resting, My wife prefers 130 and 7-10 minute resting, additional cooking time. I don't marinate, just salt and pepper with some butter and olive oil brushed on the grill. By the way hanger steak is my favourite.

Maybe a 3way ‘top sirloin’ cook off will be the best test! ❤️

Another good one. I think most people have similar fears. You fear for your wife, your kids and your grand kids. And it can be anything. I nearly drowned twice, was saved, my entire life flashed in front of me. My mother words 'don't go near the lake' was screaming at me. Even today 70 years later it is clear in my mind.

Good morning guys, good stuff, your pet peeves similar to mine. But my major peeve is when you get ambushed by the cashier for donations. The LCBO is big for that, now before the cashier has a chance to ask I just say 'no donation', generally get a dirty look. And by the way I'm the slow driver, I'm old!
