The amount of homes he demolished to put up a mall... those real estate developers must have deep fucking pockets.

i'm 99.9% sure in reall life the maintenance/trash/delivery area would be its completely own section with its own access road and also being out of sight from the customers instead of being literally in the middle of all the parking lots right next to the main plaza.

Well, well, well, the Eggman has decided to regale us again with another of his magnificent builds! It really does suck that you can't place park gates on pedestrian roads. There's a bunch of weird stuff with Plazas and Promenades and how it interacts with other DLC. For example, remember how I suggested that you build a snow city after Orchid Bay? I decided to do it myself and. Um. The textures don't load correctly on Snowfall maps. Everything looks either tremendously muted or like mud; I'm guessing they didn't test it properly because snow maps aren't very popular these days.

Hey 🥚, my birthday is coming up in a little less than a week, so I was thinking you could just contact all governments around the world who govern countries with suitable terrain and landscapes to get the necessary funding and required permits and everything and then build a real world replica of _Thessia_ just like it is in this series for me to visit and have a party. What do you think? It goes without saying you'd be allowed to film my stay for your channel and that I'd be wearing plenty of O🥚 apparel. Thanks for another great episode. I'll now go get my passport so that I can head off to _True Thessia_ without any delay once it's actually my birthday. Cheers!

You can use the mod that lets you manually change the colour of the hotels(and other buildings). In some instances it makes the hotels fit better into the surroundings. The mod is called Repaint.

you should not have that much parking it is not realistic because you have more parking then building and i have never seen that in my life (do live in europe though)

You 100% see it in America. Check out Phoenix. Fun fact for you, in that city there is enough parking spaces for every car in the city to park 4 times over

If this is how you build after a vacation you should take more time off. No, wait, don't do that…!

Had a tough week but only half a day today. Came home exhausted, took a nap, woke up groggy as hell and turned on YT just to get this video and sat here in a zombie state enjoying the music and your detailing. Great way to settle into Friday evening!! I love Thessia. Love the music you play when you detail it. Love your detailing!! Great build seriously🤩

Welcome back OE! It's good to see Thessia again 😊 I laughed at 20:14 - "There goes the Thessian Navy, keeping our country safe" whilst a Chirpy mascot cartwheels in the foreground. The timing was amazing 😆 The Thessian Naval uniform looks different and they do more gymnastics than I expected

You may already know this, but cooleo has created that Luna Park main entrance asset on the workshop. It probably doesn't fit here but when you showed it, I thought you might like to know about it! :) Great build as usual! I really appreciate your willingness to continue CS1 content. I am currently disgruntled but hopeful with CS2.

What? I thought you meant that we should fly around and enjoy what you done with Thessia for 20 min. I wouldn't mind a video of an hour just where you fly around and explains and did a recap on what you build so far on Thessia. Love it :) Cheers / Daniel Jeppsson

An American high school building a second american football field before they "waste" any money on "frivolous" things like textbooks and chairs is definitely realistic.

Look at "Sydney's Scenic Sidings: Lavender Bay!" by the youtuber "Taitset" but in short the train depot near lunar park it holds 4 trains during the weekday off-peak and for driving practice up to Waverton. If you have a look at Waverton you'll notice another track outside Platform 2, that's the shunting neck for access. There used to be a train station there around where Luna Park is now and people got on ferries to continue their trips into the city before harbour bridge was built

That train yard has been there since before the harbour bridge was built and was the old transfer point between the line going north to hornsby and the harbour where people used to change to a ferry. After yhe construction of the bridge there was no need for the train to go down there so they now use it as a small capacity yard although with a rather inconveniant route to the T1 and T9 going north. Many people believe they should remove it since it only holds 3 trains at most and can easily be turned into a pedestrian park towards the bottom in lavendar bay. The pool located next to luna park as well has been getting renovated recently with a lot of demolition that has occured recently. I dont believe i have seen the plans for what its being turned into but i assume its going to be a nice modern facelift to such an old facility. Luna Park Sydney is also a rather unique park which is what gives it its charm, it is one of the few parks that you can enter without a ticket and many people go just to sit along the boardwalk or eat the food and play the carnival games. The only downside is that there is no room for expansion and many of the rides are old which means they are down for maintenance more often, the wild mouse coaster (the oldest wooden wild mouse in the world and until recently the only rollercoaster in the park) is currently being rebuilt with new materials to helpfully gibe it new life. It was having major maintenance problems with the ride being down for maintenance more often than it was in operation. Despite that it was always a fun ride due to how rough it is around the corners and the views from it, nothing better than thinking your going to plunge into the harbour as the coaster goes around the sharp corners.

What you've done here reminds me more of a railyard in North Melbourne, and the amusement park geographically is like Taronga zoo, which has a ferry wharf. You could easily slot one on the end of that peninsula. Love your work, Egg!

That is a passenger train yard. An Aussie KZfaqr called Taitset made a great video on it. Also in that area is Wendy Whitley's Secret garden - a local artist created a garden on unused crown land and now its a park. Really really beautiful.
