Sir, my xmark starts fine but when I turn on the deck it boggs and dies. Can you please give me some ideas? Please 👍
@57bagre5 сағат бұрын
Assuming the tractor drives fine without the deck engaged, I hope you checked underneath for rope, wire, rags or something bound up on the blades? Check to make sure there is nothing under the deck or on top in the belts and pulleys, everything is moving free then I don't know what else, I would have to chase it down.

Ok, I have done (most) that on lawnmower engines too. This is a great memory booster seeing it. I remember it correctly, which I always wonder about on things I haven't done in a while --- 'am I remembering how to do this task the right way'....or not. I never tried a fuel shut-off. I think that's a great idea. Will you use that valve or will you try and find a smaller one? Enjoyed this video, thanks.

I don't know about that, I'm not too good about changing oil on small engines. Synthetic does last a lot longer, doesn't absorb blowby exhaust in the crankcase near as fast.

@57bagre8 күн бұрын
Yes you can but I wouldn't use that because of the mess to clean up and it will get your tire out of balance, better to bring a plug kit and a small compressor like the mini jump start ones.
@williamzoom9 күн бұрын
Its a lot easier using 3 spoons I know people say you only need 2 but it's a heck of alot quicker to use 3! If you have the rim supported so the tire is not touching the ground I use a old 30 gallon oil drum made of plastic it works perfect and doesnt scratch the wheel.

Many put down these inexpensive tools for the fit, finish, and longevity problems they may have. Yes, if you are a professional welder using something like this every day, several times a day, you'd want something much better and much more expensive. However, if one is a hobbyist or otherwise, and only needs something like this every now and then, there's no need to spend more. Another youtuber always says that it's "horses for courses."

When a tool company offers to send a product free in exchange for a video they got my attention even if I don't need or want it. If I think any of my viewers might have interest in it I'll do it and I can sell it or give it away later.

Great comparison. I've used the dry (with the box, not open-air), but not the wet. Always did a fine job.
@57bagre8 күн бұрын
It would take a $20k blast cabinet to do what my pressure pot did that I only paid a few hundred for twenty some years ago. The wet blast is good for containing the mess for outdoor blasting on a budget.

That's a great idea. I'm sure you'll get a lot of use out of it. The company did a shoddy job with that 'earth terminal' cable/insulation, in my opinion. I've always noticed things like that with all the various equipment I've been around and used. Great video.
