@@rondrummer1662 I got my 3rd degree 2 years and but I didnt get to do this form probably because my original teacher sold the school to another teacher and I didn’t like is teaching and I quit

Wow...as a former ATA affiliate now mixed martial arts instructor/school owner the ATA is a Great TKD organization if you are new to Martial arts, or looking to get your child a foundation in Martial arts. it also has a Fun tournament circuit if you like the family friendly type tournaments but it (ATA) needs to stick to what it is good at and that is just fun little TKD tournaments and tricking and that sorta thing dont give these TKD black belts the idea they can actually fight with just this ATA system alone and no real Grappling, Muay Thai, Boxing training and not the Watered down stuff the ATA tends to give people either but legit training but ATA did once have Anthony pettis but he left to pursue COMBAT martial arts but this is not what that organization excels at
