I think the funniest scene is the cleaner scene in the bathroom. I have seen the movie over a hundred times.I don't think I found it funny the first time. But I really don't remember. I feel the same way about Kathy Bates in Misery

Faye Dunaway was perfect for that part. She embodied Joan Crawford. It was almost spooky how much she favors her. She sounded like her too.

Her breasts being exposed during most of the film is not edgy, it's demeaning, exploitative. Her life was such a tragedy.

Poor child. Her life was a misery. Her father was a sick, violent rapist. Her mother was an inept drunk. Her older sister Alice felt nothing for her but contempt and called her "ignorant" and "uneducated." Bod Dylan may have tried to save her when he was secretly screwing her but he dumped her and married his first wife behind her back, and then wrote Like a Rolling Stone about her. That song is about Edie. She had her beauty and reputation as a rich girl. That was IT. Andy Warhol used her, and hurt her to get back at every rich girl who mocked him when he was a child. After she was walking away from him, after they had just had an argument, he said in front of several people: "Do you think Edie will let us film her suicide?" She didn't stand a chance in this world. She was surrounded by vipers at every turn.

people wanna blame Warhol, speed, the factory, etc but anyone who delves little further can see that the FAMILY did it. Malignant Narcissm much, ? The two brothers went down first. At least she got to taste the electric 60's scene a little before her turn was up next....

Looking at the end of the movie when he's looking into the car as the old guy is talking and he sees the headlines about Sedie Sedgwick who died two weeks ago in 1971known as the girl of the year in in 1965,and he's ont interested on what the guy is saying about his stupid car but is stunned on what he's reading and I love how he shows emotions on the girl he met and never knew anything about her but felt sadness when seeing her death on the paper,I found it horrible when someone said to Andy Warhol did you hear about Sedie Sedgwick shes dead and Andy replies, OOOOO I thought she died years ago,hat was sad ,to me I was Oney 5when she died but as I reached 14 my Mon talked about the factory which I thought was a place where you sew clothes, but my mon said no the factory in new york who the artist Andy Warhol lived, and was well know for his art and I said is that where who then Lou Reed was my idle and Bob Dylan plus others but I was only becoming what my mother was in the 60s and I loved her telling me stories about the factory and I said how do u no so much and she replied because I was part of that circle to ,and showed me I photo of a very young look alike me. Sitting beside Lou Reid bob Dylan members of the song take a walk on the wild side ,and at the back who stood out more then the rest was Edie and i said wow who's that she said that's Edie she was a beautiful person, who was a bit messed up but would give you ur heart, because she was a heart of gold, who died so young at 28,I said that's sad why didn't you bring her here and we could have helped her, but not understanding drugs, but my mom did but know the bad side to them, where she only was into grass and hash, she knew Edie was far gone and couldn't be helped, my mun was 3years younger the Edie ,but I still have some of those photos, they look as if taken taken yesterday, hard to believe they were taken 57years ago,,all I can say is rest in peace mom; people who have now departed meaning gone to the ever lasting life from the factory; and especially Edie 🐦💙🌈💏☯️☮️❤️🐦sweet bird of paradise 🐦💙🌈☀️🌼☀️☮️☯️💏, 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹💕🌷🌷🌷🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟may you have found peace and happiness with your true loved ones and are united again amen 🌠🌈☀️ God bless you, sweet sweet Edie amen 🐦💙🌈☀️🌼

My sister, God rest her soul, was fascinated with Edie and this movie. She tried to live her life the same way. Her life wasn't as high profile, but she pretty much crashed and burned like Edie did. I hope both of them found some peace on the other side that they didn't find in this life.

@@leayahia8880 first i wasn’t rude with you so please stop being like this with me. I know she was with Florent Pagny who was 27 or 28 i don’t remember but it was her personal life and actually I find this weird also. Here it’s in a professional way and I found this terrifying it is legally possible to make appear a minor in such position that’s all.
