Fantastic Video! I appreciate your videos even more now after making a few of our own! Jace and I did the Blue Bayou / Fantasmic! package back in 2019! It was a great 1 Time experience for us but probably won't do it again!

The food looked good but for that price I’d expect that. I would have gone for the Platter too as it seemed the best value of money. Your view wasn’t too bad and I would imagine it was a more relaxed experience. Seeing the fireworks through the trees brought back happy memories of when the hub at the Magic Kingdom was full of them. Sadly most were cut down about 15 years ago. This was a fantastic food review, you both did a really good job 👍

@@ALifeintheParks thank you! It was a more relaxed experience. No rushing to find a spot and hoping so one tries to crowd you in at the last minute. Lol. Having a seat was also nice! Love the memory about MK! I hear people complain about the trees in the hub at Disneyland but we love those trees! I totally understand your happy memories from MK. Thank you for watching! ☺️

What is it with Disneyland making non spicy food spicy?! I’m not a spice person. We are doing the Rancho zocalo package and not looking forward to the spice… Thank you so much for this review! We have debated doing this dining package but $90 per person is a lot…

Yes! We were on the fence about doing this dining package until the very last minute that we could cancel because of the high price. It’s a lot of money!! I wonder how spicy the potato tacos are at Rancho? I’ve heard the CMs there are super helpful, hopefully they can tell you the least spicy option! I’ve also heard you can sub the sides. For instance one person didn’t want the potato salad so they asked if they could have more rice instead. You’ll have to let us know how you liked the meal after you go! (I’m not sure why the bbq had so much spice. We are guessing it was the sauce they used) Thank you for watching! ☺️

It is cool you can have a package like MK but I have always been against it because i shows me Disney is no longer the park or company Walt Built. LOL. Looks like a great time though. LIKE 11. 👍👍👍

Haunted Mansion Holiday is my favorite thing about Disneyland (which is saying something because there is a lot to love there). Surprised the overlay is already open. That is almost half the year that this version will be out. But I am not complaining. Thanks for taking us back to Haunted Mansion Holiday!

@@trvlnthru yes! It’s early! When it went down for refurbishment, it was in haunted mansion holiday mode. So I believe they just left it as haunted mansion mode on the inside this entire time while they are reconfiguring the outdoor queue. It wasn’t supposed to open until Aug. 23, but they got it open early! We adore HMH and it’s one of our favorite things too!

Waffles the Cat is a star! We love getting a Dining Package to get some guaranteed seating at Disney shows. Overall, looks like yall had a pretty good view in spite of a bit of obstruction. But - yeah the price at River Belle Terrace does sound really high. The food sounded pretty good to us though. Thanks for sharing your review of this experience!

Waffles was being super annoying wanting to see what we are up too. When he hears noise, he has to investigate and it has been a while since he has been in one of our videos. He totally hogged the couch! Overall, we are happy we did the River Belle Terrace premium package but it is probably a one time splurge for us. Thank you!

Husband and I did this package in December 2022. It was a different menu, and they brought out a basket of biscuits AND cornbread at the beginning, and those items turned out to be the best part of the meal. Although I liked the idea of having a chair (with a back!) to sit on to watch Fantasmic, I found the chairs to be very hard and uncomfortable. So all in all, I’m glad we did it but probably not again.

Yes. We feel pretty much the same! The chairs are nice but not very comfortable after sitting there for so long. Lol. We are glad we tried it, but feel it is a one and done for us. I wish we got cornbread! We both love cornbread. Haha. Thank you so much for watching!!

We loved this hotel but it is a little further out there. The ART stop is right in front of the hotel, near the beginning of this video. As an alternative, you can walk to the Toy Story Lot and take the free Disney shuttle from there. As an added bonus, if you go before 11am, you will be processed through security and you can bypass Harbor security. We ended up walking to the Toy Story Lot daily. @@TheAdventuresofMegGreg We are guessing it will be a VQ until they finish the construction on the rest of the queue. Right now, you don’t walk on the side of the mansion at all, it’s all behind construction walls still. The 2 days we experienced the VQ it was very well organized and moved quickly. Just a bummer you can only ride once a day.

Thanks for that update. Looks from a couple livestreamers that once you're in the line, it moves pretty well. I'll have my magic band. + in November, so am I correct in presuming that I'll just scan in using that once it's my group?

It was only about a 10-15 min wait. The Haunted Mansion is down to one elevator. We overheard a CM stating the second elevator is not settling correctly. This will probably be fixed by the time you are there. Now the bad news, magic bands don’t work here. They have physically scan the ticket. I am hoping that changes when you go.

I took my own scooter and it died about a block from the hotel. 😂 I had help pushing me the last block thank goodness but i may look into renting one with longer range for my next visit

Oh my goodness! Thankfully some kind people helped you out and you made it back to the hotel. Running out of power was my biggest concern and the ECV I had from D&R mobility worked out perfectly.

It went smoothly. There were people at rope drop that didn’t know about the VQ and at 7:45am they still got a return time.

@TAM94114 TRON was pretty painful when your number was called. There isn’t a whole ton of room for a queue. They have a couple of switchbacks, which are taped on the ground, but that’s about it.
