Cell should be able to go far beyond x20 kaioken with his regeneration. better yet he'd get a large zenkai every time he pushed it to the limit. also his ability to survive a hakai should be greater then freeza. that said it's more likely he'd go out by using a full power kame-ha-me-ha on jiren to cause a ring out while Hit has him time frozen. but jiren goes full power tanks them both throwing them out of the ring. at the cost of being more beaten and drained when fighting goku and vegeta in round2. not to mention cell throws dyspo out just before that fight making it so freeza and gohan fight toppo at full power. not that they can damage him but they do manage to dodge attacks long enough for vegeta to step in like the original series of events. meaning that a 75% health jiren has his hands full with gohan,goku,freeza,17 and vegeta. so goku won't unlock mastered UI. instead freeza and gohan both sacrifice themselves in a combo attack that forces jiren out of the ring. then you have the end where after an intense debate involving a rock,paper,scissors battle with 17 and vegeta. goku wins and wishes all the the universes erased during the TOP could be combine into the 7th.

Uh, no, Cell max being stronger than Goku and Vegeta has been debunked for quite literally awhile, and Fat Gotenks cracking Cell Max’s head just shows that Cell Max wasn’t even that tough.

This is where the Fan theories of DB get out of hand and give all the characters the power of the strongest character, this ranges from the weak humans who were leagues behind have somehow caught up, The other sayians have caught up somehow even though they are playing around and probably not being allowed to train. Then they throw end game characters at the other universes laughing that they are not a rat fart in comparison. Well what do you expect? 1 age of the universe, seems that DB gets lots of time to grow and show off all these feats that only in reality 2 of the characters have hit. only to give the rest of the characters catch up somehow. Then we end up with Krillin being able to solo Naruto or other universes just cause they give Krillin the Multiplier that only 2 of the characters should have in lore.

That’s not true. Perfect Cell Heavily Suppressed 100 Billion. Perfect Cell 225 Billion. Super Perfect Cell 260 Billion. Cell Jrs @ 75 Billion are 1/3 Perfect Cell. Super Saiyan Goku 3 Billion suppressed. Super Saiyan Goku 150 Billion. Super Saiyan Teen Gohan 3.3 Billion Suppressed. Super Saiyan Teen Gohan 165 Billion. Super Saiyan 2 Teen Gohan 330 Billion. In the Buu Arc, after training for the World Martial Arts Tournament, Goten 72 Billion & Trunks 75 Billion are Cell Jr Level. After training in The Hyperbolic Time Chamber, they are equal to Heavily Suppressed Perfect Cell. Possibly Stronger. We all know Goten & Trunks have been lazy when it comes to training. That’s why DBS kept em outta every major battle. Gohan stopped training for 7 years, Cell arc to Buu are and got a helluva lot weaker. The same was true for Goten & Trunks. Also like Gohan, Goten & Trunks began training again. Although it’s unfortunate they make a habit not showin their training in the manga & in the anime. Goten & Trunks were left out of the T.O.P. Arc bcuz they were only Super Saiyan level. In recent events in the manga, it appears Super Saiyan Goten & Super Saiyan Trunks, the Teen versions of them, are Super Saiyan 3 level. Bcuz they supposedly fought Base Form Gohan 100% to a standstill. I’d say based on the sloppy fighting of Goten & Trunks, they are Super Saiyans with Suoer Saiyan 2 level of power. Gohan still beat them. If Toyotaro wants em to get stronger, he doesn’t need to keep makin em look like fools as to why they can’t fuse. I don’t like them always being used as a plot device for fusion. But if they wanna get rid of the fusion, that’s fine. They just need to stop makin Goten & Trunks’ fusion a damn joke. Get them to training seriously. Or just leave the characters alone. Teen Goten & Teen Trunks are Super Saiyans that have somehow elevated to SSJ2 Level power. The reason why their story sucks. Is cuz Toyotaro did not want to age them up to their teenage version. He’s makin em do childlike things, very immature, even tho they are teenagers. That’s lazy writing. He’s treating them as he would in their Kid like form. It don’t work for em like that. Goten & Trunks are nowhere near Saiyan God or SSJ Blue.

The Theme to DBZ is “The Progression To Greater Power” Each new main villain makes the former main villain look like an ant compared to the current one. Frieza Arc; Captain. Ginyu - 120,000. Vegeta - 1,200,000. Final Form Frieza - 120,000,000. A power level @ 120,000 is 0.001% of Lord Frieza. A power level @ 1,200,000 is 1% of Lord Frieza. Captain Ginyu was so strong it was rare to ever see this level of power. Literally he is an ant in comparison to Vegeta & Lord Frieza. Vegeta @ 1.2 million was 10x Stronger than Capt. Ginyu. And he was killed by a highly suppressed Frieza. If you gave Captain Ginyu a 50x Multiplier.. 120,00 x 50 (Super Saiyan Multiplier) = 6,000,000. Hrs still gettin his lunch money taken by Frieza. Let’s pretend super Saiyan three Goku‘s power level is 1 trillion. I’m not saying this is and I’m not saying that’s how I feel. I’m just making an example to give you a narrative storytelling Perative scale to understand just how strong these guys are including the Earthling Z fighters. Let’s pretend SSJ3 Goku’s power level is 1 trillion. 0.001%. And then lord Beerus’s power level is 700 Quadrillion. 70% of Lord Beerus. Goku is not only getting much stocked as we witness and saw Beerus could literally blink Goku out of existence without even trying. The comparison I gave you was lower freezer at his 100% I wasn’t even giving you lord prayers at 100% I was just giving you like beers at 70%. Now Super saying god Goku would represent 600 quadrillion. The 10% difference in power is all that is needed to completely dominate and defeat your opponent. I learned this earlier from DBZ Monga and DBZ Kai anime, originally captain Ginyu estimated Goku’s power level be 60,000. He did so because Recoome @ 50,000 Is the second strongest, and the power level at 60,000 with mudstomp him. Which is what Goku did. However after fighting Goku himself captain Ginyu revise and gave a second estimation on Goku’s power level. Captain Ginyu 2nd estimated Goku’s power level to be about 85,000. Close enough Goku‘s genuine power level was 90,000 at the time. The Z fighters more often than not, reach levels of power that Goku has already established earlier on, they also surpassed him because based upon the story narrative they must just to stay relevant. In the cell arc within before the time skip happened. Piccolo stated anybody who doesn’t feel strong enough to face the androids after the three-year training, needs to stay home. Meaning if you’re not this strong in three years don’t show up because you will die. Everybody who showed up was at a level of power comparable to the androids. I didn’t mean that they were stronger than androids 19 and 20. But they all surpassed Super Saiyan Goku & Final Form Frieza on Namek.. massively overwhelmingly and exceedingly. This is the prerequisite to the new level of power. Shelton was too weak so he was left behind. They’re at least in the realm of power to compete and or at least contend with sad foes sad current villains. The evidence to support this further is that out of all the Z fighters, Yumcha was mistaken for Goku. And this is not based on appearance this is based on chi/ “ki” energy aka power level alone. Mini fans off and put the Earthling Z fighters in this category of a weakling. When the story narratives have always shown us that they were progressing and surpassing the limits that the Saiyans created in the previous arc. And even though it got to the point where they were just left in the dust, the Earthling Z fighters as well as piccolo should be categorized as god tier. For even keeping up with the likes of the Saiyans for a time. What is Raditz (1,200) to Vegeta. What is Vegeta (18,000) to Captain Ginyu? What is Captain Ginyu (120,000) to Final Form Frieza? What is Final Form Frieza (120,000,000) to Androids 19 & 20? What’s Perfect Cell (225,000,000,000) & Super Perfect Cell (260,000,000,000) to Fat Buu? And Fat Buu is the weakest!!! I don’t have to tell you how strong each variation of Majin Buu gets!!! There is a pattern here, each new level of power towards the previous level of power set by each previous villain. The heroes must rise to this level and or surpassed is level to defeat the current villain. The earthling Z fighters do get left in the dust but as they still trying to get stronger, they’re still making games even though they’re in love with a Power are no longer equally comparable to that of the Saiyans & Piccolo. The threat of these villains has gotten so crazy strong, that none of the Earthling Z fighters could hope to compare to the current villain. Even though they are a God to the former villain. I’d have to say that the Earthling Z fighters limit is perfect cell they never will get up to that level. Maybe sell junior levels. But thanks to Dragon Ball super stars in sea fighters are definitely at perfect cell level super perfect cell level or higher. They might even be a strong as Goku and Vegeta after super Saiyan two level. Or possibly stronger.

@@Lateninetieskid I will definitely go in-depth analysis on how I got to these power level stats. I was able to accurately measure each power level trajectory that starts with Goku‘s power level as a base. The earthling Z fighters are able to surpass Goku or supersede the levels of power he was able to get much sooner especially in the earlier arcs of DBZ. It sounds far-fetched and it sounds crazy, but the story narrative supports this and there is important dialogue in both the anime and manga that highlight this that so many fans have overlooked.

cell would return for sure easy when he was in space before he used instant transmission to come back to earth he separated some of his cells from himself and left them, in stasis as a back up plan should he have all his cells erased in an unforeseen event seeing as he almost just died from his own self destruct. boom easy story arc and lots to do with it in the tournament of power. Cell could use this method in the fight and if he ever got knocked off the arena could just detonate himself and respawn from one of his separated cells

Frieza has a lot more story potential than Cell, so I think they made the right choice in who to bring back. However, I would have preferred either Future Trunks or Cell over Roshi. He had some good moments story-wise, but it made no sense for him to be fighting on this level.

No, he was simply pummeled, if the goku and vegeta weren't there, he was dead, kid buu would have blown the planet up, taking fat buu with him, if you are referring to dbsuper, he trained a shit load after beerus wiped the floor with him, like frieze, he had never had to, that's the only time he would have stood a chance.

Goku black shouldn’t even have Rose. This is future timeline goku who dies before the discovery of even super saiyan grade 2, and at this point in the trunks arc, goasu is dead so that means the god of destruction and angle of that universe are gone, Kaioshin died in history of trunks so beerus and whis are dead and so is kibito. The only way that he could get god ki is if universe 6 saiyans did the god ritual with him and even then caulifla is definitely not pure of heart but if it’s some off screen saiyan then maybe but seeing how the oracle fish, and beerus didn’t know about the god ritual how could zamasu know. I know he technically is pure of heart but he switched bodies with goku, so he got his ki. Fighting with the current timeline saiyans should not have activated rose that quickly even if he was a kaioshin in training. Even then he still would fall to god goku. Gokus body at this point in time from the future trunks saga should not have the capacity for god ki.
