Anyone else get a feeling in their chest like a “build up before a sneeze” feeling? I’ll get that and it’s not necessarily a bad feeling it just feels really “activated”. It comes out of the blue and then my heart beats really weird and random. Flutters, pounding ect.

Some of the comments on here seem as though you are making fun of situation. I have had blackouts since I was twelve. They have been few and far between the episodes. During the blackout my vision is gone, sometimes I am aware I am falling except I have no control like my legs are like jelly. Always hit my knees on the floor and my brain is aware of the pain, and always once I am in the prone position my vision returns and I immediately am awake. Two years ago when this happened I was at the steps, just two steps, falling my brain registered I hit my left knee. I’m in a crumpled position, awakening when I was prone or down, I knew immediately I had broken my leg. I can have dizzy spells when laying flat too. I just wait through them, last a few minutes to an hour, it varies. Also have visual disturbances can see only half visual field. Half hour is the longest those spells have lasted. All of this is very scary. No one likes to loose control over their body. Especially with an injury afterward. I wish I could see this Dr Gupta .

For almost the last two months I have had heart palpitations and normally it only happens when I eat heavy meals especially after not eating for several hours. I have woke up with my heart pounding and not subsiding, I am working with gut health. My heart beat has always been mellow and around 60 BPM. But this time it’s the last couple of months. It is concerning, but I have NO trust in health care because I don’t think I need meds and I would not take them anyway. I am baffled and know my body is trying to tell me something and health care is not helpful, they just say, here take this pill. I also think it has something to do with spiritual awakening!!

It can be more than just normal. See Cardiologist to make sure you dont have an abnormality or beginning of heart failure. I know, I'm there now it started at 48 for me, 51 for my brother, and 36 with my nephew. All clean living.

Can a mild pulmonary Valve Regurgitation and mild mitral valve regurgitation cause Mild Concentric LVH? My cardiologist wasn’t concerned about the valves and ignored it and said my milf LVH could be from over training. But after researching I’ve found that it can cause it. Is this correct? Also my ECG is normal and my blood pressure is normal. She is now doing a calcium score test. I’m being tested for sleep apnea through a different service but I asked my cardiologist if sleep apnea could cause it and she say no. But I’ve researched it can. I’m thinking I may need an other opinion!

I fainted on flight, felt over heated first, took off my jamper and, lay down on the floor. That is the last I remember, I woke up after a while, people standing around me. After five mins I felt ok and, sit back in my seat. I later noticed that I pissed myself. This happened twice on different occasions.

Back in 2012, I was experiencing a skipping heartbeat. My doctors told me I had a heart arrhythmia and put me on Metoprolol Succinate ER 25mg. I moved from MA to FL in 2013, the arrhythmia had stopped, until I ended up in the hospital in 2018 with blood clots. Then the arrhythmia started again, however I know take Metoprolol Succinate ER 25mg twice a day (morning and night). I went to a cardiologist, had EKG, Echocardiogram, and Catheter Procedure. Everything came out normal. No blockages, no enlarged heart, everything looked good but I still have the arrhythmia. Should I be worried? I am going to be 55 in May.
