Pretty good. I find it interested that SOM (Subscription Order Management) is not mentioned? To me it encapsulates everything other than Billing. SOM includes product, pricing, subscription life cycle, etc. Whereas CI serves the purpose of billing since it is a subcomponent of FICA, and then CC's use is for rating and charging, CM is for raw usages and usage based rate plans, so typically it is always thought of as SOM + CI + CC + CM. Why are the concepts slightly different for you in terms of SOM?
