This usually happens when you're install the wrong version of the Fabric API or Sodium. Make sure you're downloading the correct versions.

It’s possible you downloaded an infected version of fabric. Try using the link in the description of this video to get the legitimate version of fabric. If the issue still persists, it’s a false positive. To get around this, right click -> Open. This will allow you to open the application.
