My dad was recently diagnosed with lung cancer that’s spread to his brain, which has caused his strength and coordination to decline so quickly. Getting him in and out of a car is a huge challenge. I’m not sure if this technique would work, since he’s just so weak. And he also tries to grab anything that’s within reach, and he doesn’t want to let go. I think this video is great though! Thank you for making it. I think my dad’s situation might not be very common amongst wheelchair bound people.

Thanks for this realistic video. I had to go thru this training. I would say you did a better job than the staff at the acute rehab.
