These airline bosses need to realise that they are ruining the once smart and stylish look of their female crew by making them wear drab uniforms - i.e. horribly drab sneakers and jumpsuits

Sneakers are yet ANOTHER depressing step by these casual-clothing-oriented airlines towards a dressing down trend. Keep female crew SMART and PROFESSIONAL looking, for God's sake! We do NOT want to see female crew looking like bloody sports women or factory workers!

Sounds great....where is the proof? Where can we, joe public, see the proof that all the things being said by Nicholas Flanders are actually happening and not Fiction? I'd LOVE for this to be true, but so far in my research, I've heard and read a lot of articles without ANY proof that they've produced anything approaching the fuel and plastic product replacement chemicals they say they can. Please...point us to the proof that their "reactor" actually works.

How can the low cost carriers will manage to run with low demand even after the Coronavirus crisis because of low demand. It is against their business model so how will they manage it. Does the full service carriers bring any new business strategy for their survival if they bring some new strategies how their new strategies will be.

Interesting analysis. I would just add if I may, that not only it is it's heritage as Britain's airline that the tagline "made by britain" aludes to, but also literally to the fact that Britain is its people, and today's Britain is a melting or mixing pot of different cultures, races, different lifestyles, different orientations, different attitudes, etc, a very diverse nation, with Britishness and pride in it as it's common ground, they even mention in the advert being outspoken yet being "polite", something so British. So when they say "made by Britain" i tjink the medsage is that Britain is the diversity of the British people and the people who live there (even those who were not born in Britain but accept and embrace its values, as one character in the advert mentions having come to Britain). Plus of course as you say, its heritage. It's just my interpretation. BTW thanks for your analysis. First time I see one of your videos, purely bumped into it by chance, and have now subscribed. Am an aviation and airline lover since I was a small kid. Take care and regards

No secret to myself. I have flown 5 trips thus far and have saved thousands over Westjet and AC. The aircraft are comfortable and the staff are all VERY professional. From Ticket agents,to aircraft. All look and act as if they have been doing this for years. I look forward to MANY more flights including my next to Victoria this Fall. Congrats on a GREAT airline here in Canada.
