I listened carefully to your narrative tips...lots of helpful instruction. Looks like using a detail tip glue gun really helps. Haven't seen the burnt edge technique for a long time...nice to see it done a couple times...thank you. Beautiful work!

Soooo cute, Lisa! I really love the lion on the big jungle leaves :) Most of my covers are lightly quilted. I am usually gluing a thin layer of batting over the chipboard and then the thinner fabric top and then stitching around the outside. I have a heavier duty machine, so mine sews through almost anything though. This will be so cute!!
