Sorry for asking a year later. Hope you remember this project. Lol When you say you sewed the 8 pieces at 1/4", do you mean the sides that create the bubbled exterior or when you sewed them to the circles? Let me know if i make any sense. Thanks!

Just made this today. I added some interior pockets (one with a zipper and one without) and I left it square instead of adjusting the corners. I also changed how a strap is attached. It was really straightforward to make. The only limitation was my sewing machine because its not small enough to handle the circular sewing so that was a bit tough. Highly recommend this project.

THIS IS THE MOST FRUSTRATING SEWING PROJECT I HAVE EVER DONE! Can't get past sewing bottom and sides. It ended up on the floor. Im done with it.

I tried this today and it didn't take all that long. I think I just should have done a test one first instead of using 'fancy' fabric as it didn't turn out exactly as I wanted. But all the same, the instructions were easy to follow. I'm going to try again with cotton instead of what I had used the first time. My end result doesn't look bad, but its clear I was having issues with the zipper I picked out. lol
