There is absolutely nothing that is healthy. (I’m not making jokes about this video, I’m being 💯) fruits contain high sugars even though it’s natural sugars, meats have high fats and cholesterol, drink too much water and you’ll drown yourself.

This dude saying Polyunsaturated Fats are Estrogenic like it means it impacts your hormones. Simple Google search dude, it behaving like Estrogen does not mean it's Estrogen, nor that it would impact your Estrogen levels. In fact, the similar behaviors would be considered beneficial to overall health. I mean some of the stuff here I can agree with, but get off the BS around Polyunsaturated and Monounsaturated Fats, it makes you sound completely ignorant.

Plant based is NOT linked to low T. There have been multiple studies on this. Now, maybe the crap food you're talking about does, but plant based is not the cause. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32468110/

Love your style, creativity, and useful information. The only small thing I recommend is to slow down just a little bit. I feel like I need a mere second or two for each piece of info to sink in. Love all the visuals and the direct, precise messaging. Liked and subscribed.

The statements you've provided touch on various aspects of certain plant-based foods and products. Let's address each point: 1. **Plant-Based Protein Powders**: Plant-based protein powders can be a convenient source of protein for those following vegetarian or vegan diets. However, their protein quality may vary compared to animal-based sources due to differences in amino acid profiles and digestibility. Some plant-based protein powders may also contain measurable levels of heavy metals like arsenic, cadmium, and lead, which can be a concern if consumed in large amounts over time. It's important to choose reputable brands that conduct rigorous testing for heavy metal contamination. 2. **Nuts and Nut Butters**: Nuts and nut butters are rich in healthy fats, protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. However, they can also contain polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) and plant defense chemicals like phytates and lectins. Pesticide and herbicide residues can be a concern if not organically grown. Choosing organic nuts and nut butters and consuming them in moderation can mitigate these potential issues. 3. **Almond and Oat Milks**: Almond and oat milks are popular dairy alternatives. They can be fortified with vitamins and minerals, but some commercial varieties may contain additives like gums (e.g., guar gum, carrageenan) which may cause digestive discomfort in some individuals. Pesticide residues on non-organic almonds and oats can also be a concern. Opting for organic and additive-free versions or making homemade nut milks can be alternatives. 4. **Kale**: Kale is highly nutritious, rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. However, it contains plant defense chemicals like oxalates and glucosinolates. Oxalates can interfere with the absorption of minerals like calcium and may contribute to kidney stone formation in susceptible individuals. Eating kale in moderation and pairing it with calcium-rich foods can help mitigate these effects. 5. **Soy**: Soy is a controversial food due to concerns over its digestibility, potential hormonal effects (due to phytoestrogens like isoflavones), and pesticide residues. Some people may have difficulty digesting soy products, and it may affect thyroid function in those with iodine deficiency. Choosing organic and fermented soy products like tempeh and miso can reduce these concerns. Overall, while these foods and products have nutritional benefits, they may also have potential drawbacks or concerns depending on individual health needs and preferences. It's important to consider these factors and make informed choices based on personal health goals and dietary considerations. Incorporating a variety of foods and opting for organic, minimally processed options whenever possible can help mitigate potential risks associated with these foods.

Let's address each point about oatmeal: 1. **Nutrient Density**: Oatmeal is considered nutrient-dense in terms of its fiber content, particularly soluble fiber, which can benefit heart health by helping to lower cholesterol levels. It also provides some minerals such as manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, and zinc. 2. **Protein and B Vitamins**: While oatmeal is not high in protein, it does contain some B vitamins, particularly B1 (thiamine) and B5 (pantothenic acid), although in smaller amounts compared to protein-rich foods. 3. **PUFAs (Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids)**: Oatmeal contains small amounts of PUFAs, primarily in the form of linoleic acid (an omega-6 fatty acid). PUFAs are essential fatty acids that have important roles in the body. 4. **Non-Heme Iron and Oxidative Stress**: Oatmeal contains non-heme iron, which is less readily absorbed than heme iron (found in animal products). However, it doesn't necessarily lead to oxidative stress unless consumed in excessive amounts. Consuming vitamin C-rich foods alongside non-heme iron sources can enhance iron absorption. 5. **Plant Defense Chemicals**: Oatmeal contains phytates, which are plant compounds that can bind to minerals like iron and reduce their absorption. However, soaking oats before cooking or choosing oatmeal that has been processed to reduce phytate levels can mitigate this effect. 6. **Added Sugars and Preservatives**: Many commercially available oatmeal products may indeed contain added sugars and preservatives. Choosing plain oats and preparing them at home allows you to control what goes into your oatmeal and avoid added sugars and preservatives.

1. Grains : Buy organic grains (oats, flour, etc.) 2. Beans : “Don’t eat food that makes you fart”, yea, don’t eat fibres, ignore them (I’m joking, a low-fibre diat putes you at a high risk of getting colon cancer and generally speaking fibre helps you reglate your stool) 3. Nuts are healthy, but very high in calories, so overeating them can cause you to get fat 4. putting organic at the same scale as ultra processed is mind blowing, organic literally means that the food was grown in such a way, that the land can be reused and not get damaged (unlike food grown with pesticides, insecticides, etc) -> lower usage of dangerous pesticides. Conclusion : 🧢
