Are they moving in Illegals into our city with the 550 apartments they are building right off of Antelope which is a 2 lane Highway. 550 new families on a small highway. Do you have info on themaking it a 15 min city.

I love that it’s a conservative county. I love living here. If you can work in the area you will love it. The cookie cutter homes are pretty boring! I wish builders would use their creativity and design nicer homes. The summer is really hot. The winters can be very cold, and we do get more rain than he said. It’s a relaxing place to live, lots of families, and that’s what makes it a nice place to live.

Is it easy to rent out?

The summer heat triggers the dangerous ozone, so if you have respiratory problems stay away from Murrieta, Temecula and the Inland Empire.

Yes they are different, Temecula is overpriced and the other, will be uneconomically priced in a couple of weeks..

14:05 I live in Paramount, and the commute into downtownn LA, is 1 hr 15 min for 17 miles because of how clogged the freeway is.

I just moved to town, and the massive bottleneck around the 15/215 junction causes a major log jam in the northbound I-15 direction for miles and miles. Anything north of that junction is always clear and green on Google Maps. I work in San Diego and heading out of work even around 2:00pm or 2:30pm, it would sometimes take me a whopping 1hr 45 minutes to get home such as was the case today. That bottleneck is an absolute nightmare. They really need to hurry up and finish that freeway construction project ASAP as the current design around that whole area blows ass, and it is responsible for 24/7 traffic jam that stretches down into the Fallbrook area.

What are your thoughts on the area north of Nicolas, going up Joseph and Rita?

We need more places for kids' activities, not enough. We especially need indoor places do to the heat.

I am so excited about the upcoming changes, although I moved out from the city to a quieter place. Hopefully, it doesn't get overcrowded.

Thank you for your wonderful report on Menifee. I am hoping that MSJC will add some university-level classes. UCR is surrounded by homeless camps and not safe for our teenagers to drive to.

I said earlier that I have lived in Menifee for 15 years. Now they are building a bunch of apartment buildings down the street from us that house over 300 families and a block from us another 200 apartments for families. Over 500 more families living here with a two lane highway on Antelope, the only street to get to the freeways. These apartments are only for rent..no buying. I believe they will be housing a bunch of illegals in our area. They are also working on making Menifee a 15 minute city, where you don't travel. You have to stay in your area. Probably going back to horse and buggy..lol

Menifee was always a nice quiet area. I have lived here for 15 years. In 2020 when they were defunding police in other states like LA and New york, Menifee decided to bring in a police depart. I believe that brought in some bad oreo's. They brought them in from the areas of LA etc. Now Menifee is loud with police sirens and hilocopters. I checked out the police that came here and they have bad records.

Mr. Dean, It is with sadness and disappointment I write you today. Your operation at Murrieta Hot Springs is an unmitigated disaster. With high hopes I went in March to secure Mother's Day reservations for a day pass and 4 massages. We were double charged, no receipt tendered because there was no printer. I was told there was no one who could help with this. I picked up a business card in the pool lobby and low and behold Angela picked up. She was there, the attendants at the pool lobby just snickered. Angela was understanding, convinced me all would be fine, no worries about Mother's day, and she followed up with an email that my charges were corrected. Yesterday. Mother's Day, we arrive at noon. Our spa treatments are at 3:30. With my 83 year old mother along. We are greeted with a long line in the hot sun. No shade, no water, no accommodation for mom. Line isn't moving. I make my way to the front only to be told it doesn't matter if we'd already paid...back to the line. We send mom with my sister to the "restaurant " to get a beverage and wait while I stay in line. 20 minutes later I'm told we can continue to wait but there are no more chairs at the pool and no more room. My husband dropped us off. Now we are stuck. There are 4 of us. We reconvene at the restaurant and feeling grateful for a table. Service was awful. Food was good, but clearing my own table, having to go to the counter for water refills, wiping our mouths with donut shop napkins which I also had to get up and find, on a $200 check, is absurd. It is now 2pm. One of your associates, Jamie comes into the restaurant to quell the discontent of a few other parties. She was kind enough to allow me to pull her aside and explain the situation. She encourages us to stay for our treatments and takes our credit card to check us in. We are feeling like maybe we can salvage something here. Alas we were directed to the "spa". My mother was asked to climb what seemed like 100 stairs. At the top we find that we have to change in the toilet. No shower. No amenities. And they are giving treatments on cots in areas with only a screen, no room. Incredulous. We left. My mother's 83rd Mother's Day was ruined. Our group is a collection of thoughtful educated people, including a Lawyer, a PhD, an MBA...I mention only to convey that we are not prone to hyperbole. As a former Director of Customer Experience for a national multi billion dollar company it is unfathomable that no one in your organization with just a teaspoon of project planning skills could not identify the fix for the recurring issues identified on Yelp. This speaks to a lack of attention to this property by the executive team. I will never return to this property and that is unfortunate. We had high hopes. My hope now is my mom lives to see another Mother's Day. Please put a lens on this location and deliver the experience promised for the next hopeful guest. We will be doing our collective best to warn future guests about our unfortunate and inexcusably wasted time at Murrieta Hot Springs on Mother's Day 2024. Good Luck.
