Actually the shell is correct the way you placed it. Where the sentiment tucked in is where the whelk would live

It's paper, not leather. That's why it's called faux leather.

Karen, I love how you sponged around the edges, how you placed the flowers on the card & also how you made the bottom of the flower with the scallop punch. My question would be, do we use regular paper/DSP or cardstock? Thank you so much for this wonderful video. I love the card very much.

Thanks. Cardstock works fine (which is what was used here), but may need a bone folder to make it lay down better. DSP works well for it's easier to fold.

you don't need to cut your stamps!!! Just mask with tape, ink it & remove inky tape then stamp

Great video detailing this technique. And I agree about not having too much stamping which obliterates the letters. I have seen some that I had a hard time seeing the letters. Yours is just perfect. Nice stamp set too.
