I have a gold fx blade brand new doesnt cut at all do i need graphite 2.0 blade or should i return to store

@donaldpasserelli3529 Return to store and remember you must check the numbers on the blade to make your it’s compatible with your trimmer, which you should be able to use most off all blades just have to check compatibility.
