I run a similar deck with hisuain arcanine (requiring zero energy), using bibarel and skwovet to draw and get rid of cards as needed. Running less supporters to ensure you can use that last card from skwovet to be left with zero and do some damage.

Always go second to pray for eri so u can play first supporter card

This deck counters Charizard and Chien-Pao pretty heavily. Possibly removing important cards like Pidgy/Pidgeot/Charmander/Charizard/Chien-Pao/Frigbax/Baxcalibur, Rare Candy, and energy. Plus the bonus weakness damage with grass Pokemon to Charizard EX. I edited the deck and added Rotom V, Forest Seal Stone, and Gardenia’s Vigor for energy acceleration and draw power. My deck list is x1 Skwovet x1 Rotom V x2 Bidoof x2 Bibarel x4 Capsakid OBF 023 (incase I need to do quick damage) x4 Scovillain EX x3 Buddy Pofffin x3 Crushing Hammer x3 Ultra Ball x2 Switch x2 Nest Ball x2 Boss x2 Eri x2 Iono x2 Grabber x2 Miss Fortune Sisters x2 Gardenia’s Vigor x2 Pokegear 3.0 (to get Gardenia when energy is in hand) x2 Judge x2 Pokemon League Headquarters x1 Counter Catcher x1 Super Rod x1 TM Devolution x1 Heros Cape x1 Forest Seal Stone x10 Grass Energy
