I really want to get into skating but I worry that the terrain near where I live is not going to be conducive to quad skating (poor infrastructure). With that in mind, I'm starting out on inlines and then maybe getting some quad skates later once I have a better idea of what places are good for skating near me. All that said, I love your videos and they're very helpful and fun, but I also have read and heard that quad skating doesn't translate to inline very well. Is there anyone you would recommend I look into for videos about inline skating for beginners? Or do you think I would be okay applying these tips (the ones in your learn to rollerskate series that would make sense with inlines, that is) when my skates come in?

Ya know you do not have to hit your head to get a concussion. You just have to make the brain hit the inner shell. So sometimes a helmet may not work. But they will protect you from getting that embarrassing scar.
