All of my pugs were very easy to train as far as house breaking. A few of my girls were difficult with manners training. I now share my home with a rescue chug from Colorado Pug Rescue.

I agree, I wanted a rescue but was on a huge wait list for a small breed non shedding dog. After waiting 5 years, I had no choice and went to a breeder.

But please please buy from a good breeder and NOT from some backyard-breeder. These cheap offered dogs come from moneymakers, not dog-lovers. And the dogs will become much more expensive in vetenarian costs later....
