@@AlpGalipcy yes you are truly excellent and all encompassing. If were traveling to Sicily for the first time and had two weeks to explore. Other than San Vito lo capo would you stay in Taormina even though it’s touristy? My wife and I have decided to stay a week in San Vito lo capo but are having difficulty choosing where to stay for the second week. I think it would be wise to see a different part of the island ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

@franksindoneii5410 exactly you should explore the other part as well. Modica, Ragusa, Syracuse, Catania and Taormina are top places in other part. I love Sicily a lot.

Train station is located in Kandersteg. You need to walk 20-25mins to reach cable car station to climb to Oeschinensee cable car station. And then 20-25mins walk again. Or shuttle take you to the lake.
