That's actually a pretty cool idea to swap those parts between the two Duke's...! I think I may do that myself, now that I've seen how it looks. Since I really don't care about Tiger Force stuff, myself, I don't usually buy those figures, but my buddy found a Tiger RAM & Duke for $10 and asked if I wanted one, so I said, sure, why not? Good for custom fodder if nothing else... My plan is to remove the Tiger stripes from the pants, remove most of his gear, swipe a sledgehammer from an extra Triple H figure, and find a suitable brown vest/jacket for the torso (preferably with pockets/pouches), maybe the jacket from the recent Black Knight that came with Sersi in the Marvel Legends 2pk... Then I'll just need to find either a construction helmet to fit the head, or a custom head sculpt for a Tollbooth figure. I don't really expect Hasbro to produce a Tollbooth figure anytime soon, and with Ramen Toys producing a "not" Wolverine/Bridgelayer/MOBAT series of vehicles before long, I think it should work out nicely. That gets a good use from an otherwise waste of a figure... Now, I just need to figure out what I want to do with the Tiger RAM Cycle... 🤔🤔🤔

That is really a good idea. Lucky you that live in US. Here in Sweden we never have clearence. My kitbashing is a very expensive hobby. I just got another Recondo that I'm going to take parts from to Chuckles.
