This started in October of 2022, when I witnessed Pennsylvania State Trooper Howell (who is the son of Karen Howell, the UYT Tax Collector and the former chief of police's son) speeding up Franklin Street and Goucher Street. The reason this concerned me had multiple concerns for me. First concern was the fact that the Hiram G. Andrews Center is on Goucher and there are pedestrians on Goucher all the time. Also, in October, deer are very active, especially in the area of the golf course. And police cruisers are taxpayer funded, and they are expensive. Trooper Howell was witnessed tailgating a pickup truck, driving very dangerously and frankly, he was being a dick behind the wheel. I saw him flying up Goucher at speeds in excess of 70 mph. Goucher is a 35 mph zone. The next day, I went to the chief of police, John Blake, to discuss my concerns, and to ask him to file some criminal charges against this State Trooper. He outright refused. He cited 'officer discretion' and he stated that he had absolutely no jurisdiction to file a charge against a State Trooper. He told me that I'd have to come to the magistrate's office and testify against a State Trooper, and that he couldn't guarantee that the PSP wouldn't retaliate against me for bringing this to his attention. Well they did. I am still dealing with that retaliation. Fast forward to August of 2023. That wife beating feral pig Jeff Novotny pulled me over for flipping him off....!!!! The next day, I went to the police station to file a complaint, and I got a parking ticket for using the handicapped placard of another, even though my mom (the person who's placard was used) was in the truck. They used my KZfaq video as the supposed evidence against me. That is retaliation. Then Novotny towed my truck. The PSP 'put a hold' on my truck for six days. "Hold" Uh, search warrant...??? Still waiting to see the search warrant....!!! Eastmont Auto, in collusion with the Upper Yoder Township Police Department, the Pennsylvania State Police, the DA of Cambria County all stole my truck......!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I started going to meetings in an effort to get my money back for my truck being stolen, and to get some accountability. What does the Supervisors do...?? They promote that wife beating feral pig asshole Jeff Novotny to Sergeant...!!! I'm sure as a big 'fuck you' to me...!!! Then we get to February, where I was arrested for wearing a body camera by officer Kolton Pollino, who's brother is a convicted child molester...!!! Mike McCann, Nick Zacacia, Kolton and Chief John Blake all arrested me that night. That suit will be filed very soon. All I wanted was an apology, an acknowledgement from them that they allowed these officers to brutalize and harass me. They refuse. Because it's not their money they are spending to defend their horrible actions, it is the taxpayers of Upper Yoder... And they are trying to blame me for all of this... "If Klanchar would just shut up, and take it, and not sue us, we'd talk to him." But they still will try to justify their violating my civil rights how many times..?? So, now they will have to get out the checkbook and write me some rather large checks for violating my rights....!!! But no amount of money will ever restore my faith in the local government or police unfortunately. They destroyed me with their actions. I can't sleep at night, I suffer from horrible PTSD from when John Moser held his gun to the side of my head, and he got away with that. That was the last time I allowed UYT to brutalize me and get away with it. I just maybe didn't give them notice that was the last time. They should have figured as much... Problem is there are no lawyers in this area that specialize in filing civil rights cases against the police when they violate peoples rights... But I know a few of them now, that are fully willing to handle these cases, so get in touch with me and I can get you in touch with them. Thank you for your comment. I really tried to keep my mouth shut, but when they are actively violating my rights, I tend to get upset. I was found not guilty of all the charges filed. I did have to file an appeal because the magistrates in Pennsylvania aren't actual attorneys or anything that has any sort of law background, typically they are elected secretaries... So, the magistrate found me guilty of not showing my drivers license, which I clearly did. My dashcam saved the day and the actual county judge watched it and found me not guilty on appeal. The question still remains... Should I sue Trooper Steven Rowe for grabbing my arm and violating my 4th amendment rights...?? The PSP is out of control with charging medical marijuana patients with DUI for using their medicine as recommended, and I am trying to help change that law.... I am leaning towards suing Steven Rowe for this. He was a arrogant prick in court every time I saw him and he feels that he did no wrong.

Dean West is one of the worst cops I have ever come across.... Countless bad interactions with him over his career. He has threatened to steal my property, he has arrested my mother (who is a respectable lady, former nurse and all around good person) he just doesn't do his job very well. And now that he is the detective at West Hills Regional, well, they just know how to brutalize people and generate fine revenue. If I report a crime, they allow it to happen, especially if I am the victim. I reported a stolen cell phone, and Dean West has spent the past year doubling down on how he cannot prosecute Karuna Sarah Dishong Toth for stealing it. He protects her. The entire department protects her and allows her to victimize not only me but others, and tries to turn it around and accuses me of criminal activity that they then harass me over with no reasonable articulable suspicion or probable cause. I am working on suing this department and the Cambria County District Attorney's office for violating my 14th amendment rights to equal protection. That is the only way to hold police accountable around here, they refuse to police themselves, they insist that you hold them accountable in federal court... And funniest, they always countersue for their attorneys fees, which is a 1a violation, we have the right to petition the government for a redress of our grievances, and how you do that is you sue them. But they think this is all just a game that when they write you a ticket, you pay the fine and go about your day... No. Not when they continually violate your rights. I sued them for throwing me out of the meeting and violating my rights. Their response, instead of doing the right thing and apologizing, was to petition to remove the suit from Cambria County court and to have it heard by the US District Court of Appeals. So they literally made it a 'Federal Case' of wronging me and hiding behind their misconduct. I will be making a video about the whole thing as soon as I get the financial information about how much they spent to violate my rights, how far government officials will go, to spend your tax dollars on their mistakes. My question is this: If you messed up this bad at your job, would your boss pay to cover it up..?? The taxpayers of Upper Yoder are paying a lot of money to shut me up.

I always make sure my blinker fluid is topped off. And my muffler bearings are in tip top shape, just greased all of them. Have you priced muffler bearing grease lately...?? That shit is really getting expensive. It's up to $48 for a container now, can you believe that...?? I'm almost out, do you want to split one with me when I order it..?? I get it why people go around with ungreased muffler bearings with the price of the grease nowadays, sheesh. But as you know, replacing one is way more of a job than it should be, so it's always best to keep them greased and maintained properly, anyone who has ever had to replace a muffler bearing will know what I am talking about.

@@SeanPat1001 actually it does. They are PERMITTED to enforce the law and still have to follow it. Police policies changes for each state, but when you read their policies, they're either warranted a right or permitted. You are also part correct, because it doesn't say on the constitution which has a supremacy clause making it the law of the land that they have to protect us. That's why we have the right to protect ourselves and why it's the 2nd one in the bill of rights.

@@sickranchez6183 The founding fathers gave the power to regulate Police to state and local governments. So, you would need to look at the local law to see what duties Police have. You’re basing your argument not half a sentence and a great misconception of the situation when the second amendment was ratified. That amendment was ratified by representatives of the states. They were rebellions at that time and they definitely did not want to give people rebelling against the government a right to have firearms. That amendment assured that states and local governments could have militias under their control. If you look at the latest Supreme Court rulings, you’ll see that the states have the right to regulate how firearms are used outside the home.

The 2nd amendment, written by we the people, is clear and doesn't need interpretation from the government that is supposed to enforce the law. Read the supremacy clause, read the first paragraph, anything. This ain't up for debate, it's written on the founding documents.
